Barely out of teens, Ahmed Shehzad is a captivating young opener who is touted to be one of the brightest gems to emerge from Pakistan cricket.
The right hander who took to the game aged just seven has over the years been a prolific scorer for Pakistan’s Under-19s and Youth sides. Just 16, he made his domestic debut for Habib Bank Limited and the first signs of his enormous talent were evident when with a fine 167, he helped Pakistan Under-19 chase down a stiff target of 342 set by England in a Youth Test. Back home, he went to score 315 runs in a 5-0 mauling of Australia Under-19s in a Youth ODI series and with a whirlwind 92 of just 49 balls for the Lahore Eagles in domestic game giving further proof of his talent. Following a successful 2008 Under-19 World Cup campaign, he made it Pakistan’s Test squad for the 2009 home series against Sri Lanka.
He co-incidentally made his ODI and T20 debut against Australia in 2009 but failure to come up with substantial scores resulting in his axing after playing just four ODIs. However he was recalled back to side in late 2010 for a tour to New Zealand.
Only 19, Shehzad may still prone to the youthful recklessness but with time and experience is bound to be a much more improved cricketer in future.

Wasim Akram born in Lahore, Punjab is a former Pakistani cricketer. He was a left-arm fast bowler and left-handed batsman, who represented the Pakistani cricket team in Tests and One Day Internationals. Widely regarded as one of the finest fast bowlers ever, Akram holds world records for the most wickets taken in both ODIs (502) and List A cricket (881), and was one of the pioneers of reverse swing bowling. The revolutionary nature of reverse swing initially resulted in accusations of ball tampering, although reverse swing has now been accepted as a legitimate feature of the game. Akram's later career was also tarnished with accusations of match fixing, although these remain unproven.

Wasim retired in 2003, after a brief spell with Hampshire in England. Since then, Wasim has taken up commentary and can currently be seen as a sportscaster for the ESPN Star network, and is also running shows on ARY Digital. He is married to Huma Mufti, daughter of Mr. Humayaun Mufti. Wasim and Huma have two sons from their marriage of fourteen years. Wasim has also appeared in Fuzon video as a model.

Mohammad Younis Khan (born November 29, 1977 in Mardan, North-West Frontier Province, Pakistan) is a Pakistani cricketer and current captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. Younis' name is often spelled Younus Khan.He is only the third Pakistani player to score 300 or more runs in an innings. Younis Khan made his international debut in an ODI against Sri Lanka at Karachi in February 2000, and has since played over 150 ODIs for Pakistan. He has also played in over 50 Test matches. Younis was one of the few batsmen who retained his place in the team after Pakistan's disastrous World Cup campaign in 2003, but lost it soon after due to a string of poor scores in the home series against Bangladesh and South Africa. He came back for the one-day series against India, but failed to cement a place in the Test side. It was his return to the side in October 2004, at the pivotal one-down, against Sri Lanka in Karachi that laid the groundwork for his emergence as a force in Pakistan cricket. He was the top run-getter in the disastrous 3-0 whitewash in Australia immediately after and on the tour of India, for which Younis was elevated to vice-captain, he blossomed. After a horror start to the series he came back strongly, capping things off with 267 in the final Test. Apart from his 267 at Bangalore, Younis also made 147 at Kolkata in 2005 and a pair of centuries during India's trip to Pakistan in 2006. More importantly, the tour to India also showcased his potential as a future captain of Pakistan and his energetic and astute leadership has impressed many people. Also in 2006, Younis made a century in the third Test against England at Headingley.
